Portrait Sessions
Fees include the time on location plus the post-production time to make your images look as good as possible. We will retouch photos to remove blemishes and, if requested, some signs of aging. The portrait session fees also include a credit toward the purchase of 8x10s, 5x7, and 4x6 proofs. You may select different poses for the 8x10 prints; For wedding packages the photographer will select the 4X6 proofs. You can also choose 2 images for your Facebook/MySpace account and we will email you low resolution versions for your posting. You may also purchase additional photos through our website (see price list at below). Fees do not include travel outside of San Antonio or the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. Please contact us to determine if additional fees are required to travel to your location. We require a deposit of $50, $100, or $200, depending on the type of session, at the time of scheduling. The deposit is non-refundable if you miss your scheduled appointment but we will credit it toward another sitting if scheduled within three months of the original date.
One-hour Session Fees - $125
Includes one-hour at the location and two 8x10s and three 5x7s prints. The fee includes basic retouching of the photographs. Additional photograph retouching or special treatment may be requested at $10 per image. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
You may purchase a royalty-free* CD of all final images for $50 or receive it free if you purchase a minimum of $100 in additional prints from the website. Print credit may only be used for prints. Any special photographic treatment such as a canvas wrap must be purchased through the website and is not included in the session fees.
Two-hour Session Fees - $200
Includes two-hours at the location and four 8x10s and six 5x7 prints. The fee includes basic retouching of the photographs. Additional photograph retouching or special treatment may be requested at $10 per image. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
For either session you may purchase a roaylty-free* CD of all final images for $100 or receive it free if you purchase a minimum of $100 in additional prints from the website. The print credit offered with these sessions may only be used for prints. Any special photographic treatment such as a canvas wrap must be purchased through the website and is not included in the session fees.
Customized Session
We recognize that these packages may not meet every need, so please contact us if you need a customized session and we would be happy to provide a written quote.
Special Events
We are available to photograph any special event occasion. The fees are based on the specifics of your event but will at a minimum include on-site photography of the event and, if requested, portraits with studio lights and background are available. At a minimum, the fees will be $300 and will include up to three hours on location. Proofs will be placed in a password protected gallery on the website for review and purchase at our low print prices.
The $300 package includes a roaylty-free* disc of all the photos from the occasion.

Promotional Material
We can photograph you or your group for promotional materials (i.e. flyers, business cards, websites, CD covers, etc.). Fees are based on your specific needs but will include on-site photography and, if requested, portraits with studio lights and background are available. A royalty-free* CD or DVD of all images will be provided.

The owner ("Owner") of the copyrighted photograph being purchased (the "Work"), hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce and distribute the copyrighted Work for personal non-profit purposes, and to incorporate the copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, into derivative works for non-profit distribution.You are prohibited from using the Work for any other purpose, including: using, reproducing or distributing the Work and/or materials incorporating all or any part of the Work for profit; selling or distributing electronic copies of the Work as standalone files or as part of a product from which a person is able to extract the Work as a standalone file; distributing the Work in or as part of an electronic template (e.g., as an image available in a word processing or web page creation application) intended to be reproduced by third parties on electronic or printed products; or using the Work as part of a trademark, service mark or logo.Owner retains all other rights in the Work and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute copies of the Work in all markets and territories.In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work.This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future.
