Portrait Sessions

Fees include the time on location plus the post-production time to make your images look as good as possible. We will retouch photos to remove blemishes and, if requested, some signs of aging. The portrait session fees also include a credit toward the purchase of 8x10s and 4x6 proofs. You may select different poses for the 8x10 prints; the photographer will select the 4X6 proofs. You can also choose 2 images for your Facebook/MySpace account and we will email you low resolution versions for your posting. You may also purchase additional photos through our website (see price list at below). Fees do not include travel outside of San Antonio or the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. Please contact us to determine if additional fees are required to travel to your location. We require a deposit of either $50, $100, or $200, depending on the type of session, at the time of scheduling. The deposit is non-refundable if you miss your scheduled appointment but we will credit it toward another sitting if scheduled within three months of the original date.

One-hour Session Fees - $125

Includes one-hour at the location and five 8x10 and 25 4x6 prints. This fee includes retouching up to 10 photographs (clients choice). Additional photograph retouching may be requested at $10 per image.

You may purchase a copyright-free CD of all final images for $50 or receive it free if you purchase a minimum of $100 in additional prints from the website. Print credit may only be used for prints. Any special photographic treatment such as a canvas wrap must be purchased through the website and is not included in the session fees.

Two-hour Session Fees - $200

Includes two-hours at the location and ten 8x10 and 50 4x6 prints. This fee includes retouching up to 20 photographs (clients choice). Additional photograph retouching may be requested at $10 per image.

You may purchase a copyright-free CD of all final images for $100 or receive it free if you purchase a minimum of $150 in additional prints from the website. Print credit may only be used for prints. Any special photographic treatment such as a canvas wrap must be purchased through the website and is not included in the session fees.

Customized Session –

We recognize that these packages may not meet every need, so please contact us if you need a customized session and we would be happy to provide a written quote. 

Special Events

We are available to photograph any special event occasion. The fees are based on the specifics of your event but will at a minimum include on-site photography of the event and, if requested, portraits with studio lights and background are available. At a minimum, the fees will be $300 and will include up to three hours on location. Proofs will be placed in a password protected gallery on the website for review and purchase at the prices listed above. This package includes 15 (each) 8x10 and (75) 4x6 prints of the occasion.

Fees do not include travel outside of San Antonio or the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. Please contact us to determine if additional fees are required to travel to your location. We require a deposit of $100 at the time of scheduling. Promotional Material

We can photograph you or your group for promotional materials (i.e. flyers, business cards, websites, CD covers, etc.). Fees are based on your specific needs but will include on-site photography and, if requested, portraits with studio lights and background are available. A copyright-free CD or DVD of all images will be provided.

Wedding Packages

Silver Wedding Package $600.00

The Silver wedding package is our most affordable package for couples on a budget but wanting high quality pictures of their special day. We offer with this package:

1. Up to 4 hours of coverage photography on your wedding day.

• The wedding ceremony.
• Formal pictures of the wedding party and families after the wedding.
• Key moments at the reception

2. Photo album containing fifty 4x6 proofs

3. Photos will also be posted in a password protected folder for your on-line proofing and purchasing of prints at a reasonable price.

4. Optional: purchase Copyright-Free CD of all final images for $50.00

5. Optional: purchase additional photography time for $100.00 per hour

Note: This package does not include a 2nd photographer.

Gold Wedding Package $895.00

The Gold wedding package is an affordable package for couples on a budget but wanting high quality pictures of their special day. We offer with this package:

1. Up to 6 hours of coverage photography on your wedding day.

• Two Photographers
• Pre-ceremony coverage of the Bride getting ready
• The wedding ceremony
• Formal pictures of the wedding party and families after the wedding
• Key moments at the reception

2. Portable backdrop and lighting studio at the reception

3. Photos will be posted in a password protected folder for your on-line proofing and purchasing of additional prints at a reasonable price.

Prints included with this package:

• 1ea. 16X20 or 2ea 10X13 prints (10x13 prints can be different poses)
• 4ea 8x10 prints (can all be different poses)
• Set of 50 4x6 proof albums (photographer selects)
• 20 ea Thank you photo cards (one pose).

4. Optional: purchase of Copyright-Free CD of all photographs for $50.00

5. Optional: purchase additional photography time for 100.00 per hour

Platinum Wedding Package $1195.00

The Platinum wedding package is our mid-level package for high quality pictures on your special day. We offer with this package:

1. Up to 8 hours of coverage photography on your wedding day

• Two photographers
• Pre-ceremony coverage of the Bride getting ready
• The wedding ceremony
• Formal pictures of the wedding party and families after the wedding
• Key moments at the reception
• Portable backdrop and lighting studio at the reception

2. Choose a photo session from one of the following: Bridal, Engagement or Rehearsal/Dinner.

3. Photos will be posted in a password protected folder for your on-line proofing and purchasing of additional prints at a reasonable price.

4. Prints included with this package:

• 1ea. 16X20 or 2ea 10X13 prints (10x13 prints can be different poses)
• 5ea 8x10 prints (can all be different poses)
• 6ea 5x7 prints (can all be different poses)
• Set of 100 4x6 proofs albums (photographer selects)
• 30 ea Thank you photo cards (One pose)

Diamond Wedding Package $1695.00

The Diamond wedding package is our Luxury package for high quality pictures of your special day. We offer with this package:

1. Up to 10 hours of coverage photography on your wedding day

• Two Photographers
• Pre-ceremony coverage of the Bride and Groom getting ready
• The wedding ceremony
• Formal pictures of the wedding party and families after the wedding
• Optional 3rd stop at an outdoor location
• Key moments at the reception
• Portable backdrop and lighting studio at the reception

2. Choose 2 photos session from the following Bridal, Engagement or Rehearsal/Dinner

3. Photos will be posted in a password protected folder for your on-line proofing and purchasing of additional prints at a reasonable price

4. Prints included with this package:

• 1ea. 16X20 or 2ea 10X13 prints (10x13 prints can be different poses)
• 6ea 8x10 prints (can all be different poses)
• 8ea 5x7 prints (can all be different poses)
• Set of 200 4x6 proofs with Proof Album (photographer selects)

5. Optional: purchase additional photography time for 100.00 per hour

All Packages (except Silver) include two photographers to capture all the special moments as well as the unscripted "real moments" at your wedding and reception. Your online portfolio will be kept on our website (www.BartonBrothersPhoto.com) for you and your families/friends to peruse for 3 months and then the gallery will be archived. If needed, we can load the gallery back online for a 25.00 fee. Photographs chosen for print will be post processed to achieve the beauty and quality that your special day deserves. You tell us what kind of effect you would like for your prints and we will process them for you.
